Ms. Nompendulo Gubuza is the Founder and Director of Siphalo Consulting. She studies Industrial and Organisational Psychology through UNISA, Master’s in Business Administration through University of Stellenbosch Business School and Entrepreneurship at Cape Town University of Technology (CPUT).

Ms. Gubuza has vast experience in people management gained while working in Human Resources of various companies like DBSA, SARS, and Vodacom among others. She was an Executive when she left employment to start Siphalo where she was responsible for the strategic direction of human resources at AMCE.

Ms. Gubuza went on to study MBA to hone her business management skills and later did an entrepreneurship programme. Her key responsibility is to grow the business, manage strategic relationship with clients, suppliers and oversee business operations and administration.

Ms. Gubuza has great passion for growth and development; a courageous woman with astute business skills. She is believes in determination, hard work, and values trust, integrity and customer service which is the culture she instills in her team.
